At Counseling Office INSIGHTIA,
counseling is provided by experienced professionals
who are licensed as Clinical Psychologists and Certified Public
Psychologists.
Each of us carries a unique background—
age, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, profession, religion.
And naturally, our worries, fears, and emotional struggles are just as diverse.
Yet, many of us find ourselves searching for ways to cope with stress through social media and online articles—
hoping for answers that may not truly fit us.
Even therapeutic approaches that work for someone else might not feel right for you.
And sometimes, opening up about your pain can lead to hurtful experiences with the wrong therapist.
We sincerely hope to reduce such painful encounters, even just a little.
At Counseling Office INSIGHTIA,
we are committed to providing care that sees beyond the labels placed on you—
offering counseling that gently supports you as a whole person.
We also offer online sessions, making it easier for those with busy schedules or living far
away.
Counseling and psychological assessments are available in English as well.
We primarily support individuals experiencing the following concerns and symptoms:
Persistent low mood or feelings of depression
Lack of motivation or energy
General anxiety or a sense of restlessness
Feeling out of place or struggling to find meaning in life
Discomfort with one’s gender identity, or difficulties being accepted by others
Relationship issues with a partner or family members
Emotional distress related to the workplace
Flashbacks or intrusive memories
Recurrent nightmares
Panic attacks
Binge eating and/or self-induced vomiting that feels uncontrollable
Repetitive behaviors to reduce anxiety, even when recognized as irrational (e.g., repeatedly checking the gas or door locks, asking family for reassurance about contamination, etc.)
We also work with individuals diagnosed with or experiencing symptoms of the following conditions:
Major depressive disorder / Adjustment disorders
Neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD, ADHD, LD)
Panic disorder and other anxiety disorders
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
