Psychological Assessments

WAIS-IV (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale – Fourth Edition)

This is a comprehensive intelligence test designed for individuals aged 16 and above.
It helps you better understand your cognitive strengths, weaknesses, and individual characteristics.
To make the results practical and meaningful for your daily life, a psychologist will provide personalized feedback based on your specific concerns.
What matters most is not the score itself, but how the insights gained can contribute to your overall well-being.

Available in both English (U.S. version) and Japanese.

Assessment includes:

  • Intake interview and testing session (Approx. 2–3 hours)

  • Feedback session (on a separate day)

  • Written report

Fee: ¥25,000 (Tax included)
The above fee covers all components of the assessment.
